All our overnight rentals are on the ground floor, except our Large Kitchenette is located on the 2nd floor. We have rooms with 2 Queens, or King beds in clean accommodations

• On the morning of your departure please drop your key in the mailbox at the office door.
• If you need a little ice for drinks etc., please inquire at the office. There is not an ice machine that can accommodate coolers.
• If you would like to reuse your towels please hang them on the towel bar or over the shower curtain rod and we will leave them for you. Towels on the floor or in the tub will be replaced.
• Please do not use white washcloths for cleaning anything other than your face and please use the make -up remover wipes first to help save our washcloths!
• If you need a rag for a bike, motorcycle, dirty shoes, car windshield etc., please request one. It’s very difficult to keep our towels as white as required by the motel’s standards.
• In the kitchen unit please wash your dishes each day. If you need additional supplies, please ask! Dishes left for the housekeeper will be charged $50. If you leave dirty dishes the assumption will be that you approve the $50 charge.
• If you have brought a pet of any kind with you and don’t declare that pet prior to check in there will be a $500 charge to your credit card on file. This includes service animals. No pets may sleep on our beds under any circumstances.
• Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. If you choose to smoke outside please put your butts in the cans provided and please don’t use the arms of the wooden chairs to put them out! Please do not smoke with your room door open. If you smoke in the rooms or if the room smells like cigarettes after you depart, your credit card will be charged $500.
• Please do not sleep on top of the quilts or blankets. Please sleep between the sheets.
• The neighborhood is quiet and safe. All the neighbors are friends however lock your car doors at night to be on the safe side. There has not been any theft or vandalism at the Holiday Motel in all the years the Carter’s have been here.
